Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, mobile number, preferred language and learning goal. We also record course access, practice activity, progress, saved items, device-security information and payment references. UK Test Help does not store full payment-card details.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, provide learning services, preserve progress, process course access, respond to support requests, prevent account misuse and improve the platform.
Service providers
Authentication, database and private media services are provided through Supabase. Course payments are processed by Revolut. Automatic website translation may use Google Translate. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and learning records while your account remains active and for reasonable legal, security and accounting periods afterwards. You can request account deletion from Account settings. Financial transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on applicable UK data-protection law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing.
