Help with your UK Test Help account

Find quick answers about the free trial, full access, passwords and learner accounts.

What can I try for free?

A new learner account can try 5 Life in the UK questions, 5 UK Driving Theory questions and the first English & ESOL lesson. The trial allowance is linked to your account and is not reset by refreshing or changing browser pages.

How much do the paid courses cost?

Life in the UK costs £20 and UK Driving Theory costs £20. Each is a separate one-off purchase through Revolut, with no subscription. English & ESOL is free for approved learner accounts.

Can I use an account given to me by an administrator?

Yes. UK Test Help can grant complimentary, temporary or course-specific access. This is separate from the normal free trial and does not require a Revolut payment.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the Forgot password link on the login page. If you still cannot access your account, contact UK Test Help using the details below.

Why can I not open another test or lesson?

Your free allowance may have been used, the course may not be included in your access grant, or temporary access may have expired. The learner dashboard shows your current access type and available courses.

Can I share my account with somebody else?

No. Learner accounts are personal. Account security controls may sign you out or restrict access if repeated device switching is detected.

Is there a charge to reactivate a locked account?

No. If repeated device switching locks your account, contact UK Test Help support for a free security review. UK Test Help does not charge an account-reactivation fee.
