Course purchases
Life in the UK and UK Driving Theory are sold separately for £20 each as one-off digital course purchases. English & ESOL is free.
Requesting a refund
If you purchased a course by mistake, were charged more than once, or cannot access the course because of a technical fault we cannot resolve, contact us as soon as possible and normally within 14 days of purchase.
Digital content
Where you ask for immediate access and begin using substantial paid digital content, the statutory right to cancel may be affected. We will still assess duplicate payments, incorrect purchases and unresolved technical failures fairly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. We never ask for your full card number or password to process a refund.
